Administrative and Student Support Units Assessment

Administrative and student support units are required to identify goals and assess outcomes for continuous improvement. The goals should align to the mission of the unit and focus on continuous improvement of critical functions, services and processes that impact initiatives and projects that contribute to the College's ability to achieve its strategic goals. Student support units that have student learning as part of their mission will make sure to include goals related to student learning achievement (student learning outcomes).
